"I won’t go anywhere else - so lucky to have this doctor and team - I absolutely love this place! I have been going here since 2019 and haven’t ventured anywhere since. From the moment I walk in, Libby or Melissa are so welcoming along with Chris the office manager. I have been in for Botox, filler, and 360 lipo with BBL. Dr Balgobin is the master of what he does. I feel so fortunate to actually be local to someone that really cares and enjoys what he does. Always adding the latest procedures and the first in the country for permanent booty filler. My friend just had it done and loves it! She also had lipo and no BBL and the ab etching on her is so hot! I’m so happy to have introduced many people here. When it comes to the walk through on procedure, Aftercare and overall experience with the surgery of lipo/bbl I felt in very good hands. Highly recommend Arijai! They have definitely help turned back the time clock for me and I feel so confident. Also I must add the facials, skin pen and ZO skin care are a must."
"Nicole is the go-to for injectables! Since finding her and Arijai I wouldn't go anywhere else. She fixed filler that were done at a different place and gave me amazing results with other facial fillers. You can tell the expertise and care by the amount of time and precision she takes to make sure the best results. The membership program is a great way to save, but they are worth every penny."
"Nicole did a great job with my facial fillers! I did extensive research for months prior and already had an idea what would be best for me beforehand. My goal was to add volume to hollow tear troughs and minimize appearance of dark circles. When I went to my consultation, Nicole recommended exactly what I already had in mind! I knew then I could trust her with my face. She’s very honest, gentle and comforting. I highly recommend her. My treatments: Voluma to structure cheekbone and Restylane L for my tear trough filler. 25 units of Botox in forehead for frown lines."
"Don’t Go Anywhere else - I had been going to Dr. Balgobin for roughly a year for Botox and Filler but initially was drawn to his practice from seeing his Lipo and BBL on social media. I was in awe to be honest on the transformations he does! Like damn! I never thought that was possible! I reached out to him and he directed me to where his office was, I had gone elsewhere for Botox prior but I was just so impressed with their work I had to check it out. So first I tried the Botox and filler like I mentioned, his esthetician is amazing, I have brought all my friends to her as well. She also suggested this anti aging face regiment called Zo Skin Health by Zein Obagi. I’m on my third kit (comes in a pack with 5 products) and it makes my skin look and feel like I’m glowing. Finally after a year of going to his practice I finally pulled the trigger and scheduled my Lipo 360 and BBL. From the beginning when scheduling I was given so much information on what to expect, what to do before and after and they even offer a Recovery House for a very good price. If I wasn’t local and lived 20 minutes away I would have for sure done it. I was called a week before the surgery to be consulted again, what to do, what to expect/prepare, and after care information. Throughout the whole journey they were right there with me to answer any questions I had, which I didn’t have too many because they already answered most of them. I can’t really think of any cons.... Numerous girlfriends of mine have had the same surgeries by other Dr.’s, with no after care instructions, no recommendations on lymphatic massages or garments to wear following surgery, nothing!!! I feel bad even telling them how well I was taken care of because they payed good prices but had botched jobs. Dr. B does everything right and would not go or recommend anyone to go anywhere else. They are actually considering redoing theirs just to go to him and get it done right. My results are simply amazing it’s brought happy tears to my eyes and I’m only a little over a week post opp. I have felt this way since the day out the door. It’s everything I’d hoped it would be! And it’s only going going to get better! Looking forward to enjoying this for the long term."
"Amazing Experience! - Dr. Balgobin and his staff are the most informative people that I have come in contact with. The facility is gorgeous, clean. Up to date on all the new products, facial treatments one could want. My skin has gone from dull to glowing after my treatments. Way to go team!"
"I have not had any of the invasive surgical procedures so I cannot speak to that but I love going to Andrea for my laser hair removal treatments and have had two facials with skin pen and UV light treatment. Andrea is so calming and kind, it is such a relaxing visit and skin feels great after. I personally didn't do well with the skin care line but my face is pretty picky when it comes to skin care products. It's also unfortunate that the skincare line doesn't count toward Brilliant Distinction points but it did feel amazing, smelled great and wasn't too expensive. My skin just didn't agree with it. I go to Cindy for my Botox and while I usually get discounts working in healthcare, I like her so much, I'd pay the extra. She gives touch ups after 2 weeks for free if you aren't pleased with anything. She is very knowledgeable about the anatomy of the face and physiology behind the work she does. It's reassuring having an actual nurse doing the treatments knowing she has education and specialized training in her specialty. Cindy and Andrea are both a delight to chat with during my treatments. I even received Botox from Dr. BBL himself. He was so down to earth and not like most plastic surgeons I've dealt with in the past. He was just your average, normal guy and I felt he was genuine. I gave 4/5 stars only because the reception staff has some ways to go and I'm not a huge fan of the skin care line. The ambience and decor of the place is trendy yet comfortable and clean. I never have a hard time scheduling with my crazy schedule. I've been going here for several months and have no plans to go elsewhere anytime soon."
"I'm going to start off with this I have never had anything done at Arijai before BUT I came to the Arjai Aesthetics and Wellness Beauty Bash 2018 MY REVIEW IS BASED ON THE 10 PATIENTS I spoke with as well as the reps and doctor. Coming into the Beauty Bash you can already tell Arijai Aesthetics and Wellness have a well known presence in the Twin Cities community. I arrived 15mins after the event started and the place was packed with old patients, new patients and soon to be future patients. With skin care demos going on and the buzz of everyone excited to see the great services Arijai has to offer. It's hard not to get excited.This office offers surgical and non-surgical cosmetic services with Dr. Chris Balgobin- ·He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery ·Fellow of Board Certification in Anti-aging & Rejuvenation Medicine. ·Licensed in 3 states- Minnesota, Florida and California·Has worked closely with Dr. Miami for the past 3 years. At Arijai they really try to treat their patients with a personal approach not making them feel like they are just a number and from the testimonials I received from patients it definitely shows that they are doing something right at Arijai. I heard stories of transformation in confidence to how much the patients absolutely love the staff and the procedures they have had done. What is really nice is that they are able to do surgical procedures right there in office. Arijai Aesthetics and Wellness is an Accredited Surgical Facilty they do procedures such as liposuction to fat transfers. They have a staff of licensed nurses & LPN's for when you are finished with your procedure. The aesthetics side is wonderful too. I spoke with a representative from SkinPen her name was Haley she was able to give me some great information about the SkinPen which is a microneedling device for acne scars or discoloration. I also met Andrea who was so sweet and told me all about Salt Facial which is a skin renewal treatment that is a alternative to peels- it's less abrasive. I was able to see what kind of damage I have done to my skin with SkinCeuticals. The rep was able to tell me and recommend what would be a great fit for my skin and the best part is that I was able to see everything she saw and know what she was talking about while she was looking at my skin. All the staff is very knowledgeable about all the products and services that is offered. If I ever need aesthetics done I know where to look now!"
