ADVANCED PRACTICE ESTHETICIAN & NURSING ASSISTANT

Brooke is an Advanced Practice Esthetician and Nursing Assistant with a passion for the medical side of aesthetics. A graduate of the Institute of Advanced Aesthetics in Minnetonka, she is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, radiant skin while building confidence in their appearance.

Brooke plays an integral role in patient care, providing support throughout the post-operative recovery process and performing a variety of aesthetic treatments. She is committed to creating a positive experience for every patient and enjoys helping individuals feel their best both inside and out.

When she's not at the clinic, Brooke enjoys volunteering at a local dog rescue, where she can often be found caring for and playing with litters of puppies.

SURGICAL & AESTHETIC NURSE

Anai is a bilingual surgical and aesthetic nurse who is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best. She takes pride in delivering personalized, compassionate care and is especially dedicated to supporting and serving the Hispanic community.

Her positive energy and genuine passion for helping others shine through in every aspect of her work. With a warm, welcoming approach and a keen attention to detail, Anai strives to ensure every patient feels comfortable, confident, and well cared for throughout their aesthetic and surgical journey. Her commitment to excellence and patient-centered care allows her to build meaningful connections while helping individuals achieve their personal goals. Outside of the clinic, Anai enjoys staying active through fitness, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.

PHLEBOTOMIST

Jasmin is a phlebotomy-trained professional who has been working in the healthcare field for the past nine months. She enjoys the variety that each day brings and values the opportunity to support both patients and her team wherever she can.

Known for her positive attitude and willingness to help, Jasmin is dedicated to providing a welcoming and supportive experience for every patient she encounters.

Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through fitness and spending her downtime watching her favorite television series.

SURGICAL & AESTHETIC NURSE/CLINICAL LIAISON

Dani brings more than 14 years of experience in facial plastics, dermatology, cosmetic surgery, and aesthetic nursing, including the last 10 years working alongside Dr. Balgobin.

She is passionate about the ever-evolving field of aesthetics and enjoys continually expanding her knowledge and skillset as new techniques, treatments, and technologies emerge. Whether performing a simple Botox treatment or assisting with a more advanced surgical procedure, Dani values the ability of aesthetic medicine to enhance not only a patient's appearance but also their confidence and overall well-being.

Dani believes in taking a personalized approach to patient care by thoroughly discussing all available treatment options and developing customized plans tailored to each individual's aesthetic goals and skincare needs. Her focus is on achieving natural-looking results that refresh, rejuvenate, and help patients look and feel their best.

Throughout the surgical process, Dani serves as a trusted resource and advocate for the patients sharing her extensive experience. From consultation through recovery, she is dedicated to providing guidance, answering questions, and offering reassurance every step of the way. Outside of the office, Dani enjoys attending concerts, spending time outdoors with her dogs, exploring local breweries, and cheering on her daughter from the soccer sidelines.

Surgical Coordinator

Katy has been a part of the aesthetics industry for over 25 years (yes that gives away her age), bringing a wealth of experience in aesthetics, sales, management, and surgical coordination. Throughout her career, one thing has remained constant: her passion for the industry and the meaningful relationships she builds with patients as they navigate their transformation journeys.

As Dr. Balgobin’s Surgical Coordinator, Katy is dedicated to ensuring patients feel informed, comfortable, and supported from their initial consultation through recovery. She enjoys guiding patients through every step of the process and takes pride in helping create a positive, seamless experience. For Katy, there is nothing more rewarding than being part of a field that helps people feel more confident and empowered.

Outside of work, Katy enjoys spending time with her husband, surviving life with her three teenagers, or chasing after their two beloved dogs. Her sense of humor, compassion, and commitment to patient care make her an invaluable part of the Arijai team.
