Your entire balance is required to be paid in full three (3) weeks prior to your surgery date. When paying off your surgery balance, you can make payments for any amount you like as often as you like. Payments can be made with cash, financing, credit card, debit card and/or money orders. Cancellations or Rescheduling Policy All payments made toward your procedure EXCEPT for the $1,000 deposit can be refunded. Deposits are ONLY refunded for medical reasons that require surgery cancellation for safety reasons. Your clinic must provide us with proper medical documentation for any and all medical cancellations. Cancellations must be done no later than prior to your surgery date. Cancellations and reschedules less than or 30 days out from your surgery date will result in a $1,995 rescheduling fee on top of losing 50% of surgical fees paid up to the day of cancellation. Failure to pay the entire balance three (3) weeks prior to your surgery date can result in cancellation of your procedure. Failure to have your medical clearance submitted to us three (3) weeks prior to your surgery date can also result in the cancellation of your surgery. If you are having issues meeting these requirements you must reach out to us right away. A cancellation that occurs less than two (2) weeks or 14 days from your surgery date will result in a surrender of 50% of your procedure price. (Service tax is a combination of MN provider tax and cc transaction fees)*
Unused pre-purchased med spa treatments: - Unused pre-purchased services at Arijai Aesthetic & Wellness can be refunded, provided that the request is made within 90 days from the date of purchase. - Refunds for unused pre-purchased services will be issued in the original form of payment or as spa credit, based on the client's preference. - Refund requests made beyond the 90 day period will not be eligible for a refund. This applies to med spa treatments only and does NOT apply towards surgical treatments of any kind. 2.
Products purchased at Arijai Aesthetic & Wellness can be refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase. - To be eligible for a product refund, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. - Refunds for products will be issued in the original form of payment or as spa credit, based on the client's preference. - Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund.
For medspa appointments, a $50 charge will apply for missed appointments (no-shows) or for appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product or in the event that there is an allergic reaction to the product you purchased from us, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt for a full refund if you purchased the product after consulting with one of our skincare specialists.
All spa service sales are final. If there is a valid medical reason as to why you cannot utilize the Medical Spa service that you purchased, we will allow you to use your remaining balance towards other services of equal value.
The only time that we will provide a refund for your purchase of a Medical Spa service is if your complaint is accompanied by a practicing physician's note explaining your medically-inclined inability to utilize the service within 6 months of the purchase date of said service, at which point we will present you with a 50% refund of the original service purchase price.
