"I won’t go anywhere else - so lucky to have this doctor and team - I absolutely love this place! I have been going here since 2019 and haven’t ventured anywhere since. From the moment I walk in, Libby or Melissa are so welcoming along with Chris the office manager. I have been in for Botox, filler, and 360 lipo with BBL. Dr Balgobin is the master of what he does. I feel so fortunate to actually be local to someone that really cares and enjoys what he does. Always adding the latest procedures and the first in the country for permanent booty filler. "3 months post op - completely blown away by my results - I am a 40 year old mom of one. Have always workout, ate good, have done the best I can to keep myself in shape. The thoughts of a tummy tuck just wasn’t for me personally. Along with other places I had visited for other options. I came to Dr. Balgobin regarding my concerns with saggy/lose skin. "Mother of 2 adult children, living my best life at 46 years old - Dr. Balgobin made me feel so safe. I wasn’t scared at all and it’s because of him. He took every precaution there was to assure my safety. I told him what I wanted my body to look like, and he did it for me. He listened to my wants and needs. He told me exactly what to expect. He follows up with me, till this day. The level of care that this doctor gives is commendable, not to mention the results. His clinic is VERY CLEAN. The operating room was like a high end hospital. "Nothing less than amazing - completely changed the shape of my body - My experience with staff and Dr BBL has been nothing less then amazing ! Everyone was so kind! The process of preparing was so easy , and the staff did not hesitate to answer any questions I had prior to surgery! Dr BBL was honest, informative, about what expectations I should have after receiving these procedures. He COMPLETELY change the shape of my body ! Sometimes when trying clothes on it gets me a little emotional because I had been so self conscious about things I would wear I would avoid a lot , or cover up wearing a jacket or tie something around my waist ! Let me add that At my thinnest, heaviest, and most fit my body was always square! So to see curves has been phenomenal ! The recovery house as well I don’t know what I would do without Tamika she helped me so much, cooked amazing, had my meds ready , helped me get back and forth , and treated me very respectful !"

"Amazing Doctors, Staff and Recovery House - 3rd bbl with him 2 went great I drop 40 pound so came back for a touch up . All 3 times I stayed at the recovery house “tamika “ is amazing. House always clean and fresh food cooked 3 times a day and they do our laundry which was amazing . Dr.bbl is not a push doctor and is very honest which I love and yes he follows up on all his girls ."
"This doctor, his nurse Cindi, the entire staff including his recommended “POST OP” lymphatic drainage massage therapist are all AMAZING.!!! Any question I had they responded in a timely manner, they went above & beyond to make me comfortable.!! I had surgery 5/17/2021 & am so beyond happy with my results.! I’m going to start by saying this is an expensive procedure.! The cost does tend with the surgery, that’s only the beginning.! You will have to buy multiple (like 6) faja’s & have them altered as well.... Post Op Lymphatic Drainage Massages are a necessity & they aren’t cheap either.!! Also want to say that the massage you get POST OP is NOT the relaxing, feel good drainage massage. These massages are slightly painful when being done but you will feel so much better after.! The intention is to drain the remaining fluid after surgery.! SO WHEN BOOKING ONE & MAKE SURE THEY KNOW YOU NEED POST OP DRAINAGE.!!! Anyways my results are AMAZING, I super happy & already thinking about a round 2..!!! Thank you SOOOO much DR. BBL & thank you the the entire staff also MS CARLOLYN at the recovery house.!!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE all of you.!!!"

"Highly Recommend - After spending two years, and countless consultations, searching for a doctor for my BBL I was referred to Dr. Balgobin at arijai aesthetics. I requested my consultation and the staff did an amazing job at their response times and getting me a consultation in a timely manner. This was such a wonderful change as many places I had requested consultations with took weeks to even return my emails so this quick response was so appreciated! During my consultation I got to speak with Dr. balgoban and go over all of my needs and wishes as well as ask every question that was on my list and I truly felt like he actually listened to my wants and needs and took it all into consideration well just well giving me realistic answers to all of my questions. We discussed one major topic which many other doctors that I had consulted with were pushing me into getting a tummy tuck which I didn’t want or feel comfortable with getting. When I expressed these concerns and asked questions to Dr. balgoban and he gave me a more noninvasive solution and recommended J plasma which I had never even heard of and I was so appreciative of his recommendation and after listening to him explain the procedure and explain how my results would be with getting the J plasma, it was exactly what I was looking for. I had an easy time booking My BBL with Lipo 360 & J plasma his staff walked me through the entire process answered every single question I had quickly and sent me very detailed lists of everything I should expect and everything that I needed to do and purchase for my procedure and post op. They truly left no stone unturned. I did also make the decision to stay at the recovery house and that was such an incredible experience. "Gave me confidence about my body that I never had - My surgery was 5/17/21. This man is nothing short of AMAZING.!!! He, his nurses, his massage therapist, the recovery house & the Carolyn (hope I spelled her name right) who took the best care of me afterwards.! All are AMAZING.!!!He is super professional, honest & simply put MY SUPERHERO.!!! Lol Seriously though….This man changed my life.!!!!Gave me confidence about my body that I never had.! Everyone that knows me says it shows & that alone was worth it.!! "My Experience with Dr. Balgobin and Arijai Team Exceeded my Expectation!!! - I am 53 with 3 kids. After a year of searching for the right doctor or clinic I almost signed up for my bbl procedure with a Dr. in Miami, FL. Then I read a lot of good review about Dr. Balgobin in Minnesota where I live 3 minutes away from his clinic. I called and left a message. For my surprise he took time to call me and answer all my questions. I had my BBL procedure done 3 weeks ago. The whole Arijai team is super nice, frendly and professional. I met with Dr. Balgobin before my procedure discuss what I want and he listened and gave me all my options. I sincerely don't have words to express how happy I am with my decision. He is the most knowledgeable, professional, humble and very carrying doctor. He knows what he is doing and very confident about it. With Dr. Balgobin it is all about the well being of his clients and their satisfaction. He did a fabulous job!!! I recommend anyone to pay the extra and take the option to stay at the welcome house for 5 days after the procedure. A beautiful house that is so relaxing. A super nice nurse aid with nurturing nature who can help you go through each day.She prepares healthy delicious meals everyday. Water, protein drinks, supplements, all supplies included. More than anything the nurse will help you go through every steps so you don't have to know what to do. She also help you clean and shower... and more. "Above & beyond - I had lipo360 and chin lipo March 2021. Dr. BBL and his staff were amazing throughout the entire process. I'm ecstatic about my results and I'm only 8 weeks P.O. Dr. Bbl far exceeded my esthetic expectations. His nurses provide all info you need to know regarding what to expect and proper post op care. They respond immediately to any questions or concerns. Everywhere I go no exaggeration I have people immediately turn heads to look at me & get several compliments on my body. I wanted a extreme hour glass shape. From the doctor to the nurses everyone in the office is welcoming comforting and professional. I was informed on everything I needed to know about every aspect of getting the surgery. The aftercare post visits were great. I went home from surgery with the proper garment and lipo foam inside my garment as well as a BBL pillow to sit on. I know people who've gone to surgery centers where they did not provide thise items. They're important must haves."
"You never know who you will meet - I had liposuction 360, BBl and j-plasma done back in 2018. The lipo360 was great and I was literally obsessed with the results from the J-plasma. I never new my stomach could be so flat. I felt so confident in tight jeans without having a Bulge of fat. I Strongly believe if your going to get lipo done in the Abdominal, it’s a MUST to do J-plasma (life changing)! The BBL I was extremely happy with the size of my butt. But, I did not know that all my dimples and Cellulite would still remain. Actually they seemed to be more visible and bigger. I feel that it should be more explained from the Dr to people who have a good amount of cellulite. The recover house beds were horrible but I heard it’s all upgraded and absolutely beautiful now. The Doctors team of staff was absolutely phenomenal. From the guy who picked me up from the airport to the nurse at the recovery house All A1! I can’t wait to see the new house cause I plan to be back since I let myself go during covid-19, gained a few lbs and need lipo and that J-plasma again! But one amazing part of it all is I met an amazing women at the receiver house. She and I have become the best of friends. I’m from Boston and she from Baltimore. Crazy part was her man and my man booked the same hotel while she and I was having surgery! They also clicked. We all have been on several trips Greece, Cuba, Mexico, Aspen, Miami and DC and many more to come. We have celebrated every bday together since we met at the recover house. "Amazing Results from Dr. Balgobin - I had Lipo 360 & BBL June 18th 2020 with Dr. Balgobin and stayed in their recovery house.I'm extremely happy with my results, they exceeded my expectations! "Best doctor for a natural-looking BBL - Doctor BBL changed my life. 8 months ago I flew to Minnesota from Chicago to have my surgery done November 7, 2019. I had a 360 lipo with BBL with J-Plasma. "It’s Not All Hype and Marketing, It’s Real! - First let me preface the story by saying I have two sets of twins. Yes, two sets of twins came from this body! I had always been relatively average two thin but my weight was in terrible places namely the love handles I went to Dr. BBl for a fat transfer to the breast and I plasma to the abs, and sides. I went to Dr. BBL for a fat transfer to the breast and my results have been amazing! I had my Saline implants replaced and I did not even drop a cup size! If you need more proof just look at my before and after pics!"
"Found Arijai Aesthetic though Instagram page under dr.bbl from a friend. Watching Dr.Bagobin for three and half years or so. I finally booked my appointment for Feb 3 . Right after my Son’s 1st Birthday & I turned 41. I did a Lipo 360 +arms & BBl with Recovery house + Jplasma skin tightening technique. But I had to qualify first with blood test & Dr history. So they know your healthy before surgery and I did . I was traveling from California. Got picked up by care taker Tamika (who your going to love) from airport in a very nice Mercedes SUV on the second of February. Went straight to recovery house. Witch is a 6 bedroom 5000sq house . That is well taken care of . Sanitation at its highest. My room was spacious and comfortable. Had a welcoming chocolate and folder on my pillow, right when I walked in. Folder had information on my next steps before surgery day . Witch was the next Day . Also had supporting words of comfort . Everything is very well thought out. Caring for your wellbeing and not just your pockets. I never felt like a number . I can’t tell you how nice everyone was in the office the next day. Prepping for surgery was a breeze. Meeting Dr.B was amazing. You can sense the genuineness and the passion he has for his work. You just know you in good hands. They make sure your mentally ready , witch I was . Very much so. Waking up after surgery feeling some pain but that’s to be expected. You just had major surgery duh . My nurse Edna helped me with my meds & though the next 5 days of my healing. She’s God sent and a beautiful soul . Listen to hear and trust your in good hands . You can feel the love in her care , conversation & cooking . Having other ladies in the house with me really helped mentally get though the days . We laughed together and gave Supporting words of encouragement. It was truly a life changing experience in so many ways then one."
"Dr. BBL Gave Me my Dream Body!! - I had my bbl/Lipo March 16th, 2020 with Dr. Balgobin. He and his staff are amazing. Dani the surgical nurse was so helpful during my post-recovery week. She responded to my calls/emails right away! And Dr.BBL gave me my dream body! I’ve always gained weight in my stomach area and arms but my butt and hips were always flat and not flattering. I’ve researched different doctors and decided to go with Dr. BBL and I am glad I did. Not only is he kind and skilled, but he’s also honest. He is so knowledgeable and he knew exactly what I wanted. Honestly, recovery for me was a little tough I had no appetite and my hemoglobin dropped! I had massive headaches and I was also puking my guts out the entire first week. I wish I stayed at their recovery house, that’s honestly my only regret throughout this whole process. I stayed at a hotel with my husband who took great care of me, but it wasn’t enough. I needed a nurse and someone who had knowledge in post bbl care. However, my sister had her surgery a month ago, also with Dr.BBL of course and she stayed at their recovery house. And boy was our recovery different, they have a 24hr nurse at the house plus meals, snacks, and transportation. Tamika was one of the nurses at the house and my sis loved her. I also met Tamika in person she is super sweet and helpful. My advice dolls stay at their recovery house!!! You won’t regret it!!!! I love love my body, I got exactly what I wanted out of this surgery. The only downside is recovery is super long. Make sure you're well prepared both mentally and physically with realistic expectations."

I reached out to him and he directed me to where his office was, I had gone elsewhere for Botox prior but I was just so impressed with their work I had to check it out. So first I tried the Botox and filler like I mentioned, his esthetician is amazing, I have brought all my friends to her as well. She also suggested this anti aging face regiment called Zo Skin Health by Zein Obagi. I’m on my third kit (comes in a pack with 5 products) and it makes my skin look and feel like I’m glowing. Finally after a year of going to his practice I finally pulled the trigger and scheduled my Lipo 360 and BBL. From the beginning when scheduling I was given so much information on what to expect, what to do before and after and they even offer a Recovery House for a very good price. If I wasn’t local and lived 20 minutes away I would have for sure done it. I was called a week before the surgery to be consulted again, what to do, what to expect/prepare, and after care information. Throughout the whole journey they were right there with me to answer any questions I had, which I didn’t have too many because they already answered most of them. I can’t really think of any cons.... Numerous girlfriends of mine have had the same surgeries by other Dr.’s, with no after care instructions, no recommendations on lymphatic massages or garments to wear following surgery, nothing!!! I feel bad even telling them how well I was taken care of because they payed good prices but had botched jobs. Dr. B does everything right and would not go or recommend anyone to go anywhere else. They are actually considering redoing theirs just to go to him and get it done right. My results are simply amazing it’s brought happy tears to my eyes and I’m only a little over a week post opp. I have felt this way since the day out the door. It’s everything I’d hoped it would be! And it’s only going going to get better! Looking forward to enjoying this for the long term."

Height 5'4. Between now and then I am trying to lose as much weight as I can just so the skin tightening will look better. I am required to test for covid 48 hours before my appointment but I was unable to schedule Monday due to it being a holiday. "Recommend Dr. B and His Staff 150%! - Dr. B and his staff are absolutely INCREDIBLE! I recommend them 150%!!! I had my first BBL with J-Plasma to my stomach in July 2019 and was very happy with my result... just decided I needed “tweaked” in a few areas, so I went for round 2 BBL and added J-Plasma to my back and also added arm lipo as well, in February 2020. J-Plasma is amazing! You should add it onto your surgery! It practically suctions your extra skin to your body. I can’t even pinch any loose skin now! I’m 3 weeks post-op as of today and I’m healing up great! Very happy with my results already and I know they’ll continue to get even better! I traveled for surgery and stayed at the recovery house both times. I would NEVER want to do this type of surgery without the recovery house! "Finally done - it was a pretty good experience BBL lipo 360 Jplasma - I went to Dr.BBL and it was a pretty good experience. I had my surgery on January 6th and so far so good. The Dr. was very nice and professional as expected and the staff was attentive and amazing. The recovery house was a brilliant idea, the staff knows how to take care of you. I was completely comfortable, they made sure we received our meds, got to our appointments and ate appropriately. "Dr. B snatched me! - I just got my Lipo 360 + BBL on Jan 6. I'm on day 6 and back at home after staying in the recovery house (highly recommend). Dr. B. Got my waist smaller than I could ever even imagine- I had a friend ask me where my organs went! (Lol) Also, I already had a decent sized booty (you can't tell from my before pic, lol) but he sculpted it, gave me rounder hips and a rounder view from the back and I'm 10000% satisfied with my results so far. I'm still very swollen so I can't see the final product, but judging from the "after photo" he posted on his Instagram I know it will be the body of my dreams! "Dr. BBL - Bring 40 on - I've followed Dr. B for at least 6 years and the time just worked out for me a few months ago. I took my pics submitted my questionnaire and recieved a call that day with a future appointment date with Libby for a virtual consultation. Dr. B called I picked a date put my down payment and then setup a call with my physician to clear me for surgery. I decided stay at the recovery house and must say that I am beyond glad that I did. The ladies have experience, are very welcoming, insightful, understanding and knowledgeable. The home itself is very much like a home, very cozy and up to date. Mary and Jeanette made themselves available but also run a tight ship. The home is always maintained very clean and if you need anything they will accomodate you on an errand run. If you are coming from out of state there is no reason why you should not stay here. I know some want to air bnb or hotel but trust me you'll have everything you need here.I would like to share that I was not feeling so great on my post OP visit (we all recover differently) Dani right away heard me was very attentive and her bed side manner just confirmed why I chose Dr. B and his staff. "2 months post op - I got surgery on dec 18th, 2018. I got j-plasma lipo 360, and a fat transfer (bbl). Dr.BBL has literally did amazing work. The pictures he took do no justice to his work because omg do i look amazing! Super natural no crazy ant booty. Literally just the way i wanted it. My only complaint is i wish i did a fat transfer to my boobs. Otherwise ladies he is worth the money he costs. All inclusive recovery house? How can you not. As far as improvements i would recommend Dr.B getting a massage therapist in house to visit the girls and give massages at the recovery house. "I have not had any of the invasive surgical procedures so I cannot speak to that but I love going to Andrea for my laser hair removal treatments and have had two facials with skin pen and UV light treatment. Andrea is so calming and kind, it is such a relaxing visit and skin feels great after. I personally didn't do well with the skin care line but my face is pretty picky when it comes to skin care products. It's also unfortunate that the skincare line doesn't count toward Brilliant Distinction points but it did feel amazing, smelled great and wasn't too expensive. My skin just didn't agree with it. I go to Cindy for my Botox and while I usually get discounts working in healthcare, I like her so much, I'd pay the extra. She gives touch ups after 2 weeks for free if you aren't pleased with anything. She is very knowledgeable about the anatomy of the face and physiology behind the work she does. It's reassuring having an actual nurse doing the treatments knowing she has education and specialized training in her specialty. Cindy and Andrea are both a delight to chat with during my treatments. I even received Botox from Dr. BBL himself. He was so down to earth and not like most plastic surgeons I've dealt with in the past. He was just your average, normal guy and I felt he was genuine. I gave 4/5 stars only because the reception staff has some ways to go and I'm not a huge fan of the skin care line. The ambience and decor of the place is trendy yet comfortable and clean. I never have a hard time scheduling with my crazy schedule. I've been going here for several months and have no plans to go elsewhere anytime soon."

"Brazilian butt lift - Where do I even begin?! I have wanted a BBL for the longest time!!! I have a slim figure and was really worried I wouldn’t have enough fat, so I searched & searched for a surgeon who specialized in BBL’s. "Thee Best Plastic Surgery Experience - I hade thee best experience, the day of my consultation I was able to finally meet the Surgeon that many of my co workers talk highly about Dr. Chris Balgobin. All my questions where answered I knew what to expect. The same day of my consultation I paid my deposit my research was over. The day of my surgery I was nervous but when I met all the surgical team members I calmed down they were so nice and welcoming. My surgery started at 7 I was home by 10. Honestly I hade no pain for 12 days I didn't have a pain pump or experal. I just hade discomfort when moving around. I did have pain on day 13 which was nerve pain that sucks but that's comes and goes. Very happy with my results and so are my family and friends I highly recommend Dr. Balgobin for lipo 360 and BBL you will not be disappointed. He is truly the best."

"BBL/lipo 360 - Lipo 360 And BBL on April 30, 2018 with Dr BalgobinI have always had a boxy figure. Not very feminine at all. So my goal with the whole thing was just to improve my overall silhouette. The closer I could get to “curvy”, the better. So I’m currently just at 3 weeks post op. So I am still seeing changes everyday. But overall very happy with my results at this time Updated on 26 May 2018:Currently at 3.5 weeks post op. Just transitioned to a smaller garment. I actually cut pretty big sections of my first garment out at about 1 week post op because it was so painful on my butt. Unfortunately it did change the way that the garment fit but it was still functional. Since a lot of my swelling has come down at this point, my new garment is pretty tight. But manageable. Not painful. My ribs and my butt are still fairly sensitive but I wouldn’t call it “pain”. It’s a very strange feeling to not have complete feeling to light touch in certain areas. Sometimes my stomach itches and I go to scratch and I can’t feel it! Lol But that’s getting bette day by day as well. I have started to get used to sleeping on my stomach although I initially HATED it. And I am doing much better with my bbl pillow in the car. I have been having a little bit of lower back pain just because of how I have positioned on myself on the pillow sometimes. Nothing too bad though. My butt seems to get smaller by the day. I’m hoping it starts to stabilize sometime soon because I’d be pretty happy with what I have now. But I can tell I’m still somewhat swollen. I have read from some doctors that the most significant changes happen in the first 4 weeks. So hopefully I only have some minor changes ahead. One can only hope ???????????"
"Brazilian Butt Lift - Flew in to MN For a Brazilian butt lift with Dr.Balgobin aka dr.bbl. Hes a booty artist! I must say I’ve been very fortunate. Recovery has been SO much easier than expected!! Day 1 I woke up feeling great went to the recovery house was walking around going up and down stairs probably 5 to 6 times the day of surgery! Day two I was a little more sore and stiff, but still nothing bad like I expected...I would get headaches and feel nauseous but I think that was from the painkillers. Next day I went in for my 2 day post op. Met with Dr B he took me out of my garment Removed all the bandages and tape, put in some lips foam and I went back to the recovery house. I have stopped taking vicodin the morning of day 2. Switched 400mg ibuprofen feeling much better! Unfortunately started my period so that sucks... buttttt Today is day three pplA shower and I have been hanging out feeling great not doing much just chilling ready to go home tomorrow!Updated on 20 Feb 2018:Day 4 felt even better, went to my last postop appointment and got my stitches removed. He didn’t use drains and I had no drainage which was amazing. Nurse said I looked great and was good to go. I must say that the flight home was horrible. 3.5 hrs Is NO FUN. I got a seat on the back of the plane and told the flight attendants about my procedure so they were totally cool with me standing when the seatbelt Sign was on but I feel like the pressure made me super swollen and sitting did not feel good even though I had my BBL pillow and a regular pillow. I would suggest flying out a few days later. On the flip side its amazing to be home ????Updated on 20 Feb 2018:Feeling much betterI learned how to lay comfortably on the couch!If you get a bunch of pillows and prop them under your back, if you have a giant ottoman you can just sit your butt in between the couch in the Ottoman and it is so much more comfortable with zero pressure on butt and hips ????????Updated on 28 Feb 2018:Sized down in my my garment yesterday. "4th and Final Baby. Now Work! - I've always had a nice shape and booty. Was very small. Had my last son in 2011 and gained 60 lbs (190 my heaviest). Well, I went to the gym. 2 a days! Ate some what healthy and lost all that ugly fat. Got down to 155lbs. Great shape and hips. Booty was perfect (although it decreased in size) Fast forward life, heartbreak, refound love and another baby 2016... I'm back fat again (184lbs) I dont mind putting in the work again. I just want a jumpstart. As much as I worked out I still had a pudge that did not go anywhere. (The untrained eye would barely notice) Anywho... I have a consult today with Dr. BBL. I have minimal pain, swelling and some discomfort. The worst day for me was Day 2 po. I had my first lymphatic massage on yesterday and it was amazing. Dr. Chris Balgobin (Dr. BBL) and his staff are the best example of what any medical clinic should be or strive to be. From day one they have answered and addressed all of my concerns and questions. After speaking with Dr. Balgobin over the phone, I knew I wouldn't risk spending my hard earned money on an fair doctor. He was so sincere, explained his findings and recommendations but left the decision up to me. After arriving at the clinic the day of my surgery, I felt like family. Dani, his surgical nurse was welcoming, compassionate, caring, and attentive. I felt like family. They made me feel like we had known each other for years. The medical care I received was far above my expectations and made it so easy to relax and trust their skills. The anesthetist was great and explained everything to me. She was funny and down to earth. Kristin, one of his nurses did my lymphatic massage and she works wonders. She is very personable, caring, and has amazing hands. Wish I was able to stay longer to get another massage. Dr. Balgobin's bedside manner was so attentive, he explained each step and asked for my wishes. I can't say enough about this clinic or their hard work. I have never in my adult years experienced the level of care I received from the amazing staff at Arijai Aesthetic. If and only if I had to have a procedure done again, I would only go to Dr. Balgobin and his staff. My results are phenomenal, even with the swelling, I can see definition in my stomach and my butt is full and beautiful. I'm so happy I trusted my gut and went with Dr. Balgobin vice saving a few dollars and not being confident in the local doctors work. I will post about the recovery house later. "Lipo 360/ with BBL WITH MR.dr.BBL HIMSELF - I was part of the Dr.Miami squad doctors contest and I won this surgery with dr.b! SINCE DAY ONE HE HAS BEEN RESPONSIVE (hard to come by with doctors who have a good following ect) he messages me back usually within the hour EVEN ON VACATION ????! His staff was so friendly and welcoming , they had balloons all set up so pretty the day of surgery, everyone was very understanding my anxiety was through the roof , but everyone was very nice about it and talked me through everything ! Doctor b puts his heart into his patients and results (EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT remember that as far as results go) I see a lot of negative comments like her butts too big ect ect look YOU LOOSE 30-50% off that fat that is injected , so always go bigger is my advice I have spoke to many of his patients and everyone has the same take on that subject so don't be so quick to judge! Anyways! Back to surgery day ! I was in and out the first day ( I usually have a hard time waking up with anesthesia) so I expected that in a way! The 2-3-4 day SUCKED as far as pain , (I never take narcotics because of my family history with addiction makes me scared to try them) I did take one pain med the day after bc I was desperate for relief ! But then went without pain meds until night time (DONT DO THAT) after that I've been taking tylonel and ibprophen ! I am still extremely sore I am on day 6 technically ! I don't Sleep much because it's hard to get comfortable sleeping on your belly , my advice go spend the money on a nice body pillow roll towels put them under shoulders I slept 5 hours last night with that regimen :) during the day pain is controlled (I have my moments of m effing everything) lol but getting better each day! Late night and early morning is the WORST for me anyway I assume lack of sleep and being stiff all night plays a roll in that , I'm going to start stretching before bed to see if it helps ! Anyways I would recommend doctor b aka DR BBL (FIND HIM ON IG) 1 million times over his nurse was such a sweetie as well! Listen ladies if someone is offering this surgery cheap DO NOT DO IT , you don't want to cheat yourself on this kind of thing and take it seriously when choosing your doc! Some days I dont work out and my butt still a lil perky but a few legs day in and it's jumps back to being a shelf! I wanted to share my experiences in great detail so everyone knows what to expect. Lipo hurts A LOT, but the hydrocodone does help. *wink wink*. I didn't have the dissolvable stitches so once my skin started healing over the stitch it hurt like crazy that much more. I got them taken out one week post and that made the world of differemce how I felt. I will post three weeks post op pictures on Friday. He literally curbed a waist for me I can't wait for the swell ping to be gone and see the snatched waist that's left."
