From my initial consult, to my surgery date and post-op, I cannot express enough how professional, attentive, caring, and personable everyone has been. Dr.Balgobin provides you his personal cell and will either text or call you back with any concerns you have. Aside from that, at every follow-up visit or email, Anai, his RN provides exceptional care! I always felt at ease, not rushed or ignored. Lastly, Dr.Balgobin is so talented and knows the body well! I am still in recovery stage, but absolutely LOVE my results, I can only imagine when I'm fully recovered! . The staff are thoughtful and kind, quick to get you anything you need. Everyone there has a smile on their face and show that they are working for your goals.
